❋ UpDown system - software and hardware presented @ MIT! [June 18, 2026]

Andrew Chien and David Gleich presented the software (high-level programmability) and hardware capabilities (easy scalability, extreme performance) of the UpDown system in the MIT Fastcode Seminar, entitled “ Making room for algorithm innovation “at the top” — the UpDown graph supercomputer“. We established an office at 332 S Michigan Ave, right on Grant Park, and amidst a thriving sea of restaurants, shops, and cultural venues such as the Art Institute, Chicago Symphony and the Fine Arts Building/Studebaker Theatre! It’s the hub of our engineering and business activities.
